Vacant staging costs will vary based on your homes size and furniture rental duration. We offer custom staging services starting with a base fee of $2,250. Then, our furniture rental packages vary based on the duration of the rental, the number of rooms you would like to have staged and the square footage of your home. We offer two packages:
The Classic - Includes the entryway, kitchen, living room, dining room and primary bed & bath
The Premier - Includes everything in our classic package with the addition of a second bedroom and a bonus room
Each project will receive a transparent, customized quote reflecting your property's specific needs, scope of work, and rental timeframes.
Strategic Simplification Home Organization:
$50/hour (3-hour minimum)
