Our goal is to make things as easy as possible for you. The investment in home staging varies based on your specific needs. Staging consultations typically range between $400-$500. For occupied homes, services begin with a consultation fee and vary based on each property's unique requirements, generally falling between $1,000-$3,000. Vacant staging costs depend on home size and furniture rental duration, with full vacant staging typically ranging from $3,000-$5,000. Each project receives a transparent, customized quote reflecting your property's specific needs, scope of work, and rental timeframes.

Once a proposal has been accepted and a contract has been signed, both an occupied staging and a vacant staging witll take up to 7 days from start to finish.

No, we offer occupied staging packages.

For occupied stagings, we offer a choice of renting pieces from us or having us purchase items for you to keep. For vacant stagings, all furniture is rented and will be returned to us after the sale of your home.

All staging projects begin with a deep clean of your property. For occupied homes, your Consultation Report will outline specific preparation steps tailored to your unique space. When scheduling your staging appointment, please ensure no contractors are working in the home during our editing process or furniture delivery to allow our team to work efficiently and safely transform your space.

Most clients choose to remove staging after signing a purchase agreement, while others prefer to keep the staging in place through the appraisal process to maximize value. You have complete flexibility in determining your de-staging timeline. We ask that you simply provide one week's notice when you're ready for furniture removal. We'll take it from there!

Once a de-staging date has been agreed upon, the process will take 2 business days.

All furniture and accessory rentals are priced for a minimum 30 day period. When your initial agreement approaches its end date, we'll contact you to discuss extension options. Subject to availability, you can easily extend your staging for an additional period to accommodate your selling timeline to ensure your property maintains its market appeal until you secure the right buyer. We are there to support you from your first call to the closing table!
